Steve Robson – Global Chairman & Founder

Steve Robson

Steve founded ea Consulting Group in 1998, initially to address delivery challenges around the introduction of the Euro. eacg expanded into providing project and programme management services within the financial services industry.

Previously, Steve had a career at executive level with ICL/Fujitsu, Logica, Unisys, BT Syntegra amongst others. An experienced programme management professional, he has more than 30 years of providing quality services to his clients.

Andrew Walker – Global Chief Operating Officer

Andrew joined eacg as Chief Operating Officer, with a focus on optimising  back-office infrastructures to meet current and future demands. Andrew’s background is working within professional services and a consultancy environment. Formerly a Finance Director at the BSI Group he has a wealth of experience working within and helping sustain rapidly growing businesses, restructuring divisions and applying the tight financial control required to drive controlled revenue and bottom-line growth. He has direct experience of acquisitions in Asia and Europe, from identification to integration.

Nic Hancock – Professional Services Director, Asia Pac

Nic is a highly experienced delivery Programme Manager and Professional Services Director with effective relationship and commercial skills. He maintains focus on process and project performance whilst implementing business and technology solutions to meet a diversity of requirements. With several years’ experience in the Asia Pac markets, he has worked for CSC, Maybank, RBS, ABN-Amro and Lloyds TSB. He understands the significance of cultural difference, while successfully managing cost-efficient consulting that delivers technology and business services.

Cheryl Robson

Cheryl RobsonCheryl is a co-founder and Non-Executive Director of eacg. After a career in television at the BBC and establishing an award-winning publishing company with over 50 titles from around the world, Cheryl went on to be trained in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and as a person-centred counsellor. She has helped to establish eacg’s PSOC (People Side of Change Practice) and has developed eacg’s PR and Marketing.

Jon Murphy – Non-Executive Director, Asia Pac

Jon MurphyJon has been with eacg for 8 years where he has undertaken a range of client engagements and account roles. His background is  in the financial services sector, with  responsibilities having been mainly focused on portfolio and programme delivery. Immediately prior to joining eacg, he was part of the executive team at Lloyds TSB Private Bank, where he had responsibility for  Information Technology Services.
