Steve Robson – Global Chairman & Founder

Steve Robson

Steve founded ea Consulting Group in 1998, initially to address delivery challenges around the introduction of the Euro. eacg expanded into providing project and programme management services within the financial services industry.

Previously, Steve had a career at executive level with ICL/Fujitsu, Logica, Unisys, BT Syntegra amongst others. An experienced programme management professional, he has more than 30 years of providing quality services to his clients.

Nic Hancock – Professional Services Director, Asia Pac

Nic is a highly experienced delivery Programme Manager and Professional Services Director with effective relationship and commercial skills. He maintains focus on process and project performance whilst implementing business and technology solutions to meet a diversity of requirements. With several years’ experience in the Asia Pac markets, he has worked for CSC, Maybank, RBS, ABN-Amro and Lloyds TSB. He understands the significance of cultural difference, while successfully managing cost-efficient consulting that delivers technology and business services.

Deborah Blud –  Chief of Staff, Strategy, Asia Pac

Prior to joining eacg, Deborah was at Bank of America for several years in a Global Cash Management role. She later went on to specialise in Operational Risk and Control at Lehman Brothers for 8 years. Her remit included analysing the impact of proposed changes to the business, resolving any risk or control issues and ensuring new processes and initiatives were implemented successfully.  As part of an in-house consultancy team, Deborah also reviewed the bank’s Emerging Markets strategy, the objective being the formation of local sales, trading and research presences where appropriate.

Sarah Collins – Associate Director, Resource Management, Asia Pac

Sarah is an experienced consultant with extensive knowledge of the finance sector. She has trained in employment law and gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in business development and sales negotiations. She has previously provided resourcing for many sectors, especially retail banking while working for eacg in the UK. Prior to eacg, Sarah worked for a major recruitment company and studied English Literature at university.

Carl Naessens –  Clients & Markets Director

Carl is responsible for the development and delivery of targeted sales & marketing activity for ea Consulting Asia, working closely with the Australian and AsiaPac teams.  Carl joined ea Consulting from Deloitte Australia, where in the role of Marketing/Sales Director, he was accountable for attracting new clients & revenue to the firm.  Carl has been in Professional Services for almost 10 years and held senior Sales & Marketing roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Decan Europe (SAP) and the UK Tourist Board.

John Littler, Principal Consultant, Sydney

John has worked globally in technology for 20 years in operational, programme / portfolio management and consulting roles, including being Head of Project Delivery for Westpac. His experience is primarily for Financial Services firms, IT outsourcing & Telecoms vendors. He is an effective manager with a proven track record in the successful delivery of complex IT programmes across multiple international locations; of building high performing teams and of managing vendor/customer relationships to business outcomes.

Alison Loh, Executive Assistant to Chairman, Asia Pac

With over 15 years experience in administrative support at executive level, Alison has a wealth of experience in providing the full spectrum of secretarial support services to Vice Presidents and their Management teams. She has consistently worked for large scale companies and household name organizations. Her current role with eacg is instrumental in ensuring clear communications between the Chairman Steve Robson and his management team and that all round daily business support is effectively achieved.
