Collaboration is the underpinning of our business and operating models, and intrinsic in our client centric approach to bringing absolute focus to delivering on our clients’ business issues. This collaborative approach, together with the depth and breadth of experience of our people, puts eacg in a strong position to work with, manage, and lead mixed teams.
Hybrid Consulting Teams
A ‘Hybrid’ Consulting Team draws upon the full breadth of expertise that is available through eacg. Projects can be shaped and delivered via our Consultancy expertise focusing on strategic areas of customer, people, process and risk. Our leadership team has extensive industry knowledge, change programme management and technical expertise. This, together with an advisory panel of senior subject matter experts at Programme Manager and Director Level, compliment a managed team solution where eacg can deliver along the various stages of the life cycle of the programme.
Additionally, there is the option to utilise third party expertise which can be drawn upon incorporating disciplines such as testing, data analysis, lean six sigma etc.
A new way of working
Increasingly, organisations are looking for new, more flexible and cost efficient ways of working. We believe that the most effective way of achieving this is through the medium of collaborative, Hybrid Consulting Teams. This approach allows our clients to bring the best people for a job together, either from their own resources, or from other externals all working under one ‘umbrella’ of delivery. Our Consulting Team solution provides such a facility.
How our model works
In the early stages, clear, common goals and objectives are established, together with behavioural charters of ‘how we do things around here’, in line with the ethics, behaviours and culture of your organisation. A high level of engagement and communication, together with transparent responsibilities and accountabilities, performance feedback and coaching across all team members is also put in place. This approach supports the sharing and development of knowledge and capability during the lifetime of the assignment, building bench-strength on an on-going basis and providing the underlying Knowledge Transfer foundation. This improved capability can then be ‘rolled over’ to the next assignment, or indeed developed as a tangible delivery of the assignment itself.
Our ‘Consultant Board’ model allows eacg to identify individuals within a subject specialist community who have worked successfully on projects previously and to quickly organise a team of people to undertake anything from a small piece of work to a major programme.
